Across Europe, women in rural and urban communities face growing health challenges — from limited knowledge and skills to navigate healthcare systems, to identifying misinformation. The Nightingale Project: Addressing Health Disparities for Women in Rural and Urban Communities, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, is taking action. Through health literacy training, peer support groups, and community awareness campaigns, we’re helping women gain the knowledge, confidence, and connections they need to take charge of their wellbeing.
